DOMUS TRADE OÜ is a family-owned company, which has been manufacturing log houses and other wooden buildings for over 10 years.

Our production program includes a great variety of wooden products: living houses, garden houses, summer cottages, guest houses, grill houses, garden furniture etc.

Log houses can be manufactured from various log profiles.

On request, we produce wooden houses mainly in three different states of preparedness:

" Only log parts (walls);

" Walls, rafters, floor- and ceiling joists;

" The entire house-complex with all the wooden parts, such as walls, floor construction, inserted ceiling- and roof construction, windows, doors, staircases etc.

In addition, it is possible to order isolation materials, roof covering materials, transportation to the construction area and construction of the log house.

Price of a house consists of many components.

The price of a timber house depends greatly on the diameter of timber logs, the number of partition walls, the complexity of the house, etc.

Additional expenses for the client are: local taxes, the transportation of the house, foundation, assembling, communications, insulation material, roof covering material, metal parts, necessary tools and the rental of lifting equipment.

One truck holds a log house with the approximate floor area of 70-90 m².

The average log houses delivery time is 4-10 weeks.

The logs and other wooden parts of a ca 100 m² floor area log house are usually assembled by 4 carpenters in 35 days.

Additional assembling expenses are: travel costs to the destination place and accommodation for our team.
