With important constructions such
as wood buildings the choice of the raw materials is essential for perfect
quality. All our log houses are made of good-looking and endurable pine,
which is winter harvested. Log smells and looks good. The Nordic pine
is a well-known and appreciated material for constructing timber houses
all over the world. Experts regard the Nordic pine as the best material
for log houses because it is particularly resistant to decay and is characterised
by a high share of core wood, pores rich in resin and slow and even growth.
On request, we produce wooden houses mainly in three different states
of preparedness:
Only log parts
(walls);
Walls, rafters,
floor- and ceiling joists;
The entire house-complex
with all the wooden parts, such as walls, floor
 construction,
inserted ceiling- and roof construction, windows, doors, staircases etc
Wall beams are
made out of pine (pinus sylvesteris), witch is drayed down to 18 ±
 2%
of moisture.
Logs are handicraft
to round or square; or machine cut to round.
Our
logs have grooves, corner notches and dados for door and window frames,
on
request
holes for electrical wires drilled.
Our logs are numbered,
so it’s easy to put them together using blueprint
Our customer can
choose between different log diameters and wall thicknesses
Set contains beam
fixing pegs for tightening the wall beams together
Our logs are treated
protection liquid “SINESTO B”, witch protects the wood from
insects
and wood-pests
